Processing: processing is included in the 7-day delivery time.
Delivery: most items ship from our partner warehouses overseas and arrive in 7 days to the contiguous US. Alaska, Hawaii, PR, APO/FPO may take longer (please contact us before ordering).
Costs: Free tracked shipping on all US orders — shown at checkout.
Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships; tracking may take 2–5 days to update.
Multiple packages: items in one order may arrive separately.
Duties & import fees: the US duty-free de minimis exemption was suspended in 2025, so imported parcels may be charged duties. Any duties or fees will be communicated before your order ships whenever possible.
